I paid for return shipping myself. Can I be reimbursed?

If you used a prepaid return label provided by us or Amazon, there should be no additional cost. However, if you choose to pay for return shipping independently, we can reimburse up to $10, as per Amazon’s policy. Please provide a copy of your shipping receipt for reimbursement.
