What happens if my package is lost after shipping?

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we rely on their services for delivery. If your package is lost during transit, please file a claim with the carrier. If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, and you suspect theft, we recommend filing a police report. Upon receiving the report, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
